What if I need more storage or users?
Do my clients have to register for MediaSilo before they can view shared links?
Your viewers can view and download files without registering for an account. They can create a free Reviewer account with a name and email address to comment on and approve files.
I have a technical question, who do I ask and how?
You can chat with our Customer Solutions team directly inside the MediaSilo app during business hours. Outside of business hours, you can email them at firstname.lastname@example.org. Team and Enterprise accounts have access to our phone support.
